Emiliano Manzo specializes in providing litigation services, as well as advising companies on aspects related to their business model, being part of the board of directors of some of them. His clients and friends identify him as a person of trust, proactive, and strategic.
In addition, in his professional practice, he has developed as a parliamentary advisor, and civil servant at the Senate of the Republic, with an outstanding participation due to his negotiation, and agreement skills. He has served, as well, as a legal advisor, at a decentralized body of the Ministry of Finance.
Within the business sector, Emiliano advises companies, and individuals in the prevention and mitigation of commercial, administrative, and constitutional disputes.
In the academic field, he has been interested in human rights, and philosophy of law, which have allowed him to undertake projects with a sense of social responsibility. The foregoing has earned him invitations to teach courses on legal matters, in addition to serving as pro bono legal advisor for organizations with a social vocation.
Emiliano graduated from the law degree, with the thesis entitled "Crisis of the Social State, and its Constitutional Culture", by the Universidad Anáhuac México, where he was recognized with the CENEVAL Award for Excellence Performance - EGEL. In addition, he completed a master's degree in Human Rights and Guarantees from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM).
